Professional cleaning is included in the rental price — no additional charges apply.
You must provide accurate personal information. A valid ID is required to complete your order.
The standard rental period is 4 business days.
Additional days will be charged at €50 per day.
The rental period begins at pickup or delivery and ends upon return or confirmed shipment back to us.
Garments are delivered with hangers and garment bags. These must be returned; otherwise, a replacement fee of up to €25 may apply.
Full payment is due at the time of order.
If you cancel before shipment, we may retain a €50 processing fee.
Our style partners strive to provide the best fit possible. However, we cannot guarantee perfect sizing, especially if significant time passes between fitting and rental.
While we do our best to fulfill all orders on time, we are not liable for delays, unavailability, or unintentional omissions.
Please treat all rented items with care. Any damage may result in repair fees.We recommend rental insurance to reduce risk in case of damage.
If an item is not returned or is returned in unusable condition, you may be charged for replacement or reproduction.
All shipping and return costs are the responsibility of the renter.
The rental agreement is binding upon signature. It is valid even without a counter-signature from The Ballroom Outfitters.
If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid, the rest of the contract remains enforceable. Any amendments must be made in writing. Jurisdiction and place of fulfillment: Düsseldorf, Germany.
