How do I determine the right style for me?
If you're unsure which style suits you best, simply note your preferences when making an appointment. Our team will provide personalized guidance on style and etiquette during your fitting.
Can I rent individual pieces?
Yes, we offer individual rentals for jackets, trousers, and vests. However, accessories such as bow ties, cufflinks, and pocket squares are only available as part of a complete outfit.
How do I schedule an appointment?
To rent an outfit, you must make an appointment. You can schedule a fitting or consultation through our appointment form.
How long is the rental period?
Our standard rental period is four working days:
Day 1: Pick-up
Day 2–3: Event days
Day 4: Return
Can I extend the rental period?
Yes, additional days can be added at a rate of €50 per day.
Do you offer insurance for the rental items?
Optional insurance is available for €10, which limits your liability to €25 in case of damage.
Is express delivery available?
We do not offer delivery services. All rentals require a pick-up from our location after making an appointment.
Can I purchase the items instead of renting?
Yes, all rental items are available for purchase. Please discuss this with us during your appointment.
Where can I pick up my rental?
You can collect your rental from one of our 'Stilpartner' locations in cities like Baden-Baden, Berlin, Bochum, Bremen, Dortmund, Düsseldorf, Essen, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Hannover, Köln, München, Münster, Stuttgart, and Wiesbaden. You can find details for each store here.
What are the opening hours of the 'Stilpartner' locations?
cove-Ateliers: Monday–Friday, 11:00–19:00
Sons of Savile Row: Monday–Friday, 10:00–20:00
How do I make a payment for my rental?
Payments are made in person at the time of your appointment. We accept payments via bank transfer. Direct shipping is not available for payment.
Do you offer a newsletter?
Yes, subscribe to our newsletter to receive updates on new arrivals, style inspiration, and special offers.
Can I buy the suit?
Yes! If you loved your rental outfit, you’ll receive a gift card worth the amount of the standard rental fee. You can redeem this gift card at any Cove & Co styling partner toward a future purchase of a custom tailored outfit.
